What is HeartMath coherence training exactly ?

Hi, I’m on a heart and brain mission to learn some things about “waves” as they would apply to the heart. That is, do they emit their own version of delta, alpha, beta waves or some kind of equivalent? I was wondering how we can sync heart and brain in a way that isn’t the about the brain slowing down the heart, but the heart being able to entrain the brain the way scientists use flashing white squares on a black background to the number of seconds a brain wave moves. The peak and trough or hills and valleys speed up and get shallow, or slow and deeper, or whatever the characteristics are of that brainwave; the flickering square flashing at the peak of the trough means it’s ready and you can use it to learn or Lucid dream or psychic stuff. I believe the brain is receiving energy fields into the center somewhere or the pineal gland, the way the heart is pulsing fields out into the environment. So may we can use a model like that to get our thoughts or the outcome of them into the form of whatever energy it would be that caused the heart to make things happen once the brain programmed it by taking in the right type of fields, transmuting them, and the heart puts them back out there…yada yada. It gets X-men from here on out. And gambling addiction loves psychic powers….. They say the best kind of synchrony is achieved when the light flicker is in sync or flickers at every peak of every trough. Heart rate and pulse create a these scenarios in my mind where you can get the pulse beats to mimic the entrainment tool where we want the beat of the pulse to beat at the peak of the trough. I don’t see this as to the brain using its waves to get the heart to match up with it or in line with the brainwave types. I want to use the visualization techniques with something like the fourfold breath and a visualization of the flickering tool at the rate in which the proper brain wave will be induced. Technically. I guess, since the brain wouldn’t know the difference and could reproduce the wave if we could sufficiently, maybe a to a metronome, train our pulse to beat in time with the visualization of the flickering square where our visualization flashes at every pulse beat in time with the metronome that is the speed of the brainwave or the resonating equivalent In other words, what speed brain wave may required might not be a good speed or realistic for the heart. So what can do to achieve with entrainment and a modification of the coherence exercise. Would we be able to hack the brain waves and achieve a hypnotic state where we could perform the feats possible binaural beats promise, but with more active abilities? Like willing things to happen in the moment, moving objects, or disrupting artificial rhythms or even synchronizing before ultimately readjusting them to the patterns that suit the outcomes---- RNGs for instance. I do why the heartmath uses them but I as a gambler need to be phasing into them and then adjusting with them, to them, or them to and with me when I am gambling for the profit I am out to gamble for. I wouldn’t feel bad doing it to the machines mathematicians help program against us and our chance of winning. They get their mathematical advantage (House Edge) regardless of the number generator. Also, I’m not sold on them not having hot and cold streaks or that when you raise your bet to the high denomination while on a lucky streak you then lose it all in a terrible down streak. Like the adjustment itself changes the entire game to a new one so it’s no longer that lucky chunk, or it’s programmed to not just lose but flat out never win while you can stand to stay at the high rate. Go low and you get an immediate bonus. So, I want coherence with machines where I can adjust my play to meet my goals and go. Idk need to bleed the casino dry and I wouldnt use it as a skill to manipulate pokers players as that is a game between chance and randomness and men/women with strategy and respect for competition. Blackjack, I’ll influence a bit but not always bc strategy does really good at getting me by. Anywho; I lost coherence somewhere above and may have trailed off into a crazy rant. Originally, what’s the heart equivalent of the brainwaves binaural beats claim to teach you psychic powers with? I’m after the good shit, not the love and oneness stuff. If we’re here and meant to be one we wouldn’t have separated to have individual life experiences in the first place. Thanks

Yesterday was my first time participating using my I phone as a monitor, I was amazed as I watched my heart rate go up and down, and as my heart was emotionally committed I was stunned to see my score, climb to over 200 points in a 30 minute session. My heart leaped for joy that I could participate and share some love ❤🙏🙏
